Payment Comfort
Fraud and scams are all too common in the building industry, with many customers paying deposits only to receive no service or product in return. At Stainless Design, we have witnessed these unfortunate situations firsthand and, on several occasions, have stepped in when installers failed to honor their commitments after receiving deposits.
To safeguard both our customers and our business, we now offer a secure payment service, acting as the custodian of your funds.
When payments are made directly to Stainless Design, we take full responsibility for:
- The production and supply of components.
- Procuring third-party products, such as glazing.
- Paying the installer only upon receipt of a signed Completion Certificate from you.
Our commitment is twofold: ensuring that you receive the quality product and service you expect while guaranteeing that installers are paid fairly for their work.
For Stainless Design to manage funds and oversee the contract, the following payment terms apply:
- 75% Deposit
- 20% Upon goods being ready for delivery to the site
- 5% Upon signing the Completion Certificate, at which point you will receive your Lifetime Warranty Certificate
With this process, we provide peace of mind, security, and trust—ensuring that every project is completed with integrity.
